Iām excited to host EXCHANGE 2026! Bringing together healthcare leaders, owners and builders for this one day retreat where we share successes, share struggles and network with like-minded individuals
EXCHANGE is a selective event for a maximum of 15 private practice leaders in the physical therapy industry. This is a gathering of leaders who want to become better at who they serve. This is a leadership event. The intention is to network with other leaders and learn from each other.
Discussions will be facilitated in a case study format. Groups are curated, based on intake data to ensure diversity in business experience. Cases will revolve around recruitment, retention, productivity, finances, clinical competency, marketing, and day-to-day operations.
