my process

We will be working together for a minimum of 6 months. However, I highly suggest we work together for one year.
Here’s what it will look like to work together from start to finish:

 
 

kICKOFF CALL (30 Min)

  • I will introduce you to the pre-launch activities

  • Complete a values assessment: in order to better lead others, you will need to learn what type of person you are. Instead of categorizing you to 'one type' The assessment provides you with a unique portrait, indicating the your strongest values within your overall personality

  • Complete a life map of your mission, vision and ladder for the upcoming year. All goals for the year are made with this map.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT (60 min)

  • Review your personality type and analyze.

  • Life Map review

  • Intro to Goal setting

  • Discuss Scheduling, Ethics and Conflicts of Interest

  • Learn about each other :)

COACHING CALLS (60 Min) 

  • We review your goals against your life map at least once/month 

  • Sessions can revolve around anything in your professional and personal life as to how they tie into your business

  • We organize your thoughts so you can hyperfocus and attack an attainable goal every month. No goal is too small.

  • You will always receive access to my resources, network and business strategies during every call and offline 

ASYNCHRONOUS ACCESS

  • Between calls, you receive "12/5" direct messaging access (12 hours/day, 5 days a week on a secure platform where we can share ideas via messaging or voicenotes.

  • I will always be a resource, a companion and a big supporter of you and your business. This relationship may lead to expanded networks, cross referrals and future business opportunities. 



 
 

mONTHLY MASTERMIND GROUP SESSIONS

  • 60-75min group sessions that occur 6 to 8x / year, discussing a different them every session.

  • Groups consist of clinic owners across the country.

  • Themes range from: recruitment, productivity, marketing, long term planning and more.

  • Occasionally, I may have an industry or non industry leader as a guest speaker.

  • Optional attendance with lifetime access
